It's 14 days tomorrow since we limped into Merredin. I am soooooo over it. I think we have heard every excuse in the book. I know they want people to move to the country but does keeping us here against our will count?
Even the flies are slow.
It's supposed to be finished today but I feel another excuse coming on.....
Here's the only photo I have taken since being here:
Update : we got the car back late this arvo. Hopefully we won't have any more trouble.:)

I hope they have run out of excuses and have your vehicle back on the road very soon, Sharyn. It must be very frustrating for you both.
fingers crossed for you Sharyn.xx
Sending all the positive vibes I can. Hope you are back on the road soon. hugs
FIngers crossed they have pulled their fingers out and got the job done. I trust mechanics about as much as I trust car salesmen lol. Hope you are both on the road again tomorrow.
Oh you poor things. I hope you are on the road again soon.
I was sure you would be well under way by now. I guess there is only so much you can do in a small country town so 14 days must seem like an eternity. My fingers are crossed for you.
There are worse places to be stuck...
We break down for a week 120kms from Warburton....
Hope you are on your way again tomorrow Sharyn...
I've been thinking of you & wondering if the car was fixed by now. Hope all goes well & you are underway again soon. Hugs,xx.
Sharyn, hubby & i were stuck in Merredin once some years ago for a few days, when the engine died in his car. Even the locals felt sorry for us. That town is really out in the middle of nowhere, so no wonder you were so frustrated. Heavens, you could have got on the train & come to Perth for a few days, then gone back!! Have stern words with the car before you leave there, LOL
If you are going to be in Perth on May 25, think about meeting up with us at the Craft & Quilt Show
